This is Ok kind property on budget, needs refurbishing completely. The main issue is no AC or fan, and very difficult to stay when temp is too hot. I didnt get the sleep at all , mainly its too hot and noisy ( near to road)

Convenient, comfortable, clean.
The hotel is in a superb location, next to the river, outside the city centre. It is important to pay for a room with a river view, in this case, the extra charge is worthwhile. Lastly, the location close to the motorway is very convenient indeed.

Convenient hotel for overnight stay
The hotel suited our purposes well for an overnight stay. It had free car parking and was easy to locate. The staff spoke English which we appreciated. Although the hotel discounts in room was booked out, there was an Italian cafe next door. We had a pleasant dinner there. The room was spacious and even had a fridge. The staff provided excellent service except we thought there were too few of them, particularly in the bar restaurant area.

Convenient Located Hotel
Convenient hotel close to public transport and had facilities that we required - car parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast. Close to tram line for easy access into town centre. Near river so if you like walking you can do a leisurely walk into town. The hotel was cleaned sand breakfast very good. The only fault is it was hot a no air con had to have window open so very noisy with traffic. The did however supply a fan on the second night which helped.

BEST BRECKFAST
Very good hotel ,unfortunately it was hot weather when we were there, and we felt the lack of aircon, in our room ,we were provided with a portable fan which helped considerably. The breckfast was the very best possible. Slightly out of town , but nicely positioned by the river . A short walk to tram or bus, 94 takes you to town.
