10/10 Exceptional

Wife and I stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised! The staff was great, even allowed us to check in early (1:30ish). The hotel seems to be in the middle of some upgrades but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Halls are a little dated but it seems to me like they addressed the things that mattered first. Beds were soft and comfortable, room temp easily adjusted by wall mount thermostats. I would definitely stay here again.

The Staff was amazing! Pool was down. That was a bummer.

8/10 Very good

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The hallway carpeting was stained in numerous places and a few places in the stairwells could use painting, which detracted from the overall appearance. The property was clean and the outdoor pool area was very appealing.

Great hotel for the price. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly. They had hot fresh coffee and tea all day and a good variety of choices for the continental breakfast. My kids enjoyed the pool which was nice and clean. However the hot tub could use some cleaning.

We couldn’t believe how close this hotel was to Hershey Lodge- which was our next stop along our trip. It’s so conveniently located and a short drive to downtown Hershey or the park! The room was so clean and it was located in a a safe area. We didn’t get to use the outdoor pool but it looked nice.

The hotel is very nice, the staff was nice and really only had one complaint. The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance. It didn’t seem as if anything was being done and we would’ve loved to have used them.

Staff was great at letting us check in early and helpful with answering questions about the area. Room was clean and appears to be updated. Bathroom seems to be recently worked on with dust from drywall sanding on flat surfaces and towel rack; still very clean!! Did not check out breakfast but seemed to be well stocked and varied. Pool was not used but looked clean and in good shape

10/10 Exceptional

This was a nice stay for my mother, wife and 2 kids. Very close to Hershey Park, plenty of restaurants nearby, and the outdoor pool was nice. Only downside was that we were told we were getting connected rooms during booking, and we got there and that wasn’t the case. Besides that, we would book here again.

Room was clean. Friendly staff. But feel as they could have done a bit better with the breakfast. Not many options to choose from.

Room was clean, and staff was helpful and curious. Breakfast options were good, coffee all day is a plus! Just wish there was an elevator for lugging around the huge dance bags. I’ll just stay on the main floor next time!
