The room for the price was ok. There was chipped paint all over the carpet from the bathroom to the closet side. The nightstand was sticky and dirty. The bathroom floor was not swept, by the bathroom window it was dusty and the window was hard to open. We also found a big hardware nail on the carpet next to one of the beds.

Perfect for quick overnight

It was perfect for our stay. We just came for the night to see a comedy show and the price was right! We had a huge hot tub and even brought the dog! Check-in was simple, room was clean, bed was big and comfy!

Great location, just ok hotel.

It was a good location. The hotel is a bit older and not really kept up. The room was fairly clean and comfortable. Mostly it's an affordable room in a great location. We were able to walk to heavenly village and had an incredible dinner and a good weekend. The room was just a place to sleep. Recommend for people looking for a basic room at a good price.

BED BUGS BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!! I liked that we didnt have to check in and they sent us the instructions to check in when we were driving. They did send us the wrong code to the lock box but someone came immediately to our door to give us the right code when we got there. Overall, the location was good and the hotel was quiet. We had gotten the room with the tub which was nice to hang out in. We had no problem checking out. Everything changed however once we got home. I had multiple bed bug bites on my back and legs. When we contacted the property, the person on the line was rude and basically accused me of getting bit by something else and they use bed bug liners. Mind you it was snowing in tahoe and i have 3-4 layers of clothes on so no skin was ever exposed aside from my pjs that i slept in. Bug bites were in the area that was not covered by my pjs. When expedia contacted they, they said the same thing to expedia. I have not slept in anything or anywhere else aside from my bedroom when i noted the bed bugs. Just cuz u have liners doesnt mean they dont stop bed bug infestation. And the receptionist being uncaring about this is truly sad. Please dont stay here unless you want extra souvenir gifts that continues to itch like crazy

We stayed in room 138 second floor very quiet place. We stayed just for one night. The front desk lady was really nice.

Going off the pictures online made the place look a lot nicer than it actually was the carpet was filthy. The room smelled of cigarette smoke to the point where I had to burn incense we had to go out and buy it. We were next to people who had a child that screamed, all night kids being allowed to run across the top stairs and balcony was crazy very deceiving. I would not stay here again, but I did like the lady that lives upstairs in the corner. The manager came into the room for a second and was very abrupt and rude and look like she needed to take a nap , but the state left a lot to be desired. Good day.

Upon check in the lady at the front desk shared they were having plumbing issues and would need to shut the water off.....red fleg #1 The carpet smelled horrible, I have never been to a hotel where the beds had miss matching covers, The covers didnt smell clean The wall near the closet was pealing. Long story short me and my family checked in and 20 minutes later checked out. The lady at the front desk was very professional and respectful. She was apologetic and made it easy to recieve my refund.

When I arrived, the manager was very nice. She welcomed me. That’s the extent of the good portion of the stay. The room was dirty. There was stains on the sheets. The bed was hard as a rock. The shower was so small that my arm was touching the wall and my other arm was touching the shower curtain. Some of the electrical outlets did not work so I had a hard time being able to use them for everything I needed. I would not recommend this place for anybody to stay at.

Bad property

Do you ever go and check these properties before putting them on your booking page? The property is run down and has people living there full time. It's not ADA compliance.

I loved everything about this place, right up until I got into the room and got the whiff of old stale cigarettes. It gave me a migraine. I only got this room because it said there was a hot tub (only thing I enjoyed the most). Didn't sleep here, was at a party till dawn. Thank God
