Avoid this place at all costs! Thieves!
I reserved a room with two beds for one single night. We were only passing through and needed a place to spend the night to get some quick rest before heading out in the early morning. We decided to stay there as the total cost would be around $60, and other places were running about triple that. Upon arrival, we checked in at around 11:45 PM and headed to our room. When we got to our room, the card reader on the door seemed to be out of batteries and not working. I made the front desk available and they exchanged my plastic key card. After that didn't work -- keep in mind it's almost midnight by this point after all the running back-and-forth -- they decides to provide us with a different room. They exchanged my key card and provided me with the new room number. Once we arrived to the new room and tried to open the door -- SURPRISE, SURPRISE!!! -- there were occupants in the room fully asleep! We immediately apologized and ran out of there to confront management. Once we made the front desk aware of the situation, they did not even bother offering a refund and said we would have to call in the morning once the manager was there. They said they did not have any more availability for us. We left incredibly disgruntled and stayed elsewhere. I spoke to the manager the following morning about the incident and they refused to refund me as I "did not return the key" when I left. I contacted my financial institution and they made right by me. Avoid these filthy thieves!

The buildings are very old but renewed inside so overall it’s not bad. I hate the smoke smell even I booked nonsmoking rooms. Also I expect to have connecting rooms but we were offered that. My kids were not happy with that.

Poor shuttle times and dirty rooms
Room was not very clean and the water had a strong odor. The door was not sealed all the way so a draft came through the bottom. It was really noticable because the room led to the outside. Their shuttle service would not pick me up from the airport due to weather. However at the time I arrived the bad weather was over and was clear for the shuttle to pick me up. The shuttle service also had weird hours not listed online. To go to the airport from the hotel, the shuttle only ran from 4am, 5am, 6am and then it jumped to 10am. This was a big inconvenience because I had planned to pick up my rental car at 9am and had to get up at 5:30 to wait at the airport. Overall would never stay at this hotel again.
