Winggate had holes in the wings.
We had a room that had a toilet running the entire first day there. Also the Tv apps didn't work, the microwave and hair dryer also barely worked, if not cut completely off. We asked for assistance, no one replied. We asked to switch rooms and they wanted to charge us for the inconvenience for the move.

Airport overnight
We had previously stayed at this airport it's very convenient to Indianapolis. We arrived later in the evening for an early flight out. No issues with check in. The room itself was clean but there were three frozen beers in the freezer. One look like it was ready to rupture. So that wasn't checked. We asked about shuttle service to the airport in the morning and were told we could just let the front desk know in the morning. When we came down in the morning there was no one at the front desk for 15 minutes. I just went ahead and checked out, drove my fiance to airport rather than waiting.

Mirror in room was hung sticking over the corner and clearly not straight but stuck to wall. Back of bathroom.door was peeling up. Beds were comfortable. Elevators worked well. Breakfast was good and standard continental offerings. Fitness center was warmer than hall which was uncomfortable.

Ok stay - service needs a little coaching
Would have given a higher rating but the main reason we chose this hotel was a free shuttle. I confirmed when I booked and was assured they would be available at 10:45pm because the driver “is there til midnight”. We called at 10:45 and were told the “driver already went home.” No apology - no offer to do anything to make up for it. In fact, AT MIDNIGHT when we finally got there we asked if we could move to a different room and was told it would cost more. I guess they expected sudden overnight arrivals? So other than poor service at check-in, it was quiet. Breakfast was minimal (compared to other chains) but at least complimentary. Shuttle driver the next morning was sweet. But other than her, no one made us feel appreciated for our business. Would probably stay elsewhere next time.

The woman (who was at the front desk when we checked in)who took care of us displayed a remarkable example of professional compassion. If it had not been for the terrible weather, we would of extended our stay just by her kindness alone. The room, was in great shape and loved the hot tub! Made driving in a winter storm worth it, with it's home welcoming atmosphere.
