I was so thrilled with Torie’s customer service at the front desk! I blundered a packing moment and was in need of a bit of assistance - she was so kind in making me not feel ridiculous about it, as well as making dinner so quick and easy. My kids just wanted to go stay at a hotel for the weekend as they have rarely done so. They wanted to eat at the hotel and dinner options were just perfect for them and some great dinner options for adults as well! I was so thrilled to have simple meals for a few days!

Had a little staycation with my friends and the hotel was in the perfect spot for us to walk wherever we wanted to go. The lobby, halls, and room were so clean and cozy. I liked that you needed a key card to go past the lobby and get into the hotel past a certain time of the night. My friends and I kept randomly saying how nice our room was and how perfect the location was. The ONLY downside would be the parking situation but we got lucky and found street parking.

Nice work trip to COS.
Very comfortable stay, small lighting issue with initial room but front desk came immediately to help and moved me to another room. Location is great, walkable to lots of restaurants. As others have said the valet is a little pricey but I was able to park in public parking directly in front of the hotel both nights for free (free parking 8p-8a). I did have to pay a few dollars when I was their earlier in the evening. I could see my car from my room. No safety issues, building is locked and elevator requires a keycard. Pool and hot tub were nice after a VERY cold couple days in COS. Breakfast was good, lots of options, pretty standard food options. Would stay again.
