Fabulous location, wonderful and clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast brought to our room in the morning with fresh roasted coffee and local pastries. Little touches that go a long way like free bikes to borrow, the breakfast and a bag with caramels upon leaving. We would def stay again!!!

Lovely little hotel in Downtown SLO. Everything was clean and comfortable. Very dog friendly! Walking distance to a lot of things and close to Cal Poly SLO. They offered us a welcome gift, free pastries and freshly brewed coffee in the morning--delivered right to your front door--and a departure gift of caramels. They also offered great suggestions for dinner and wine tasting close by. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely boutique hotel tucked away off the main road. Was very happy with the quality of the room and the layout of the property. Used the parking and loved the coffee and pastries freshly delivered at 7:30 each morning!

Absolutely love staying at San Luis Creek Lodge! Brought my moms on a girl's trip and stayed in a 2 queen bed fireplace room. There was plenty of space in the room for everyone to be comfortable! The morning delivery of local pastries and coffee is such a nice touch! Just enough to make for a happy start to the day! The beds are comfortable, staff is so friendly, and the rooms are clean! Love this place!

San Luis Creek Lodge is my favorite spot in SLO! Beautifully designed rooms that feel like a gust house rather than a hotel room. Super friendly staff and dog friendly. Great location for Cal Poly visits.

I do not see how this hotel had high reviews. I have stayed at way nicer hotels for wayyyy cheaper. We were in a room all the way in the back and it was dirty on the stairs leading to the room. Then in the room #23 a horrible dirty smell when we walked in (we had to spray perfume) to cold to open windows. Then it looked like blood or nail polish on the tv stand and in the shower. Sinks and toilet were clean. The beds were comfy with all the pillows was nice. It was a VIP hotel and so i assumed the coffee and pastries were free but i guess not because i got charged $20. I will say coffee was ok but pastries were amazing! So i wasnt too upset that i was charged because front desk did not mention it was not free. Parking was a little annoying but doable. So all in all for this place to not even have a pool it was way over priced for a sunday/Monday.
