I expected a little more for $275 / night. The beds were fairly comfortable and there were no signs of bed bugs, so that's a Win. It smelled liked weed as you approah the hotel from the parking lot, and not good weed, but ditch weed. The walls were paper thin and we spent the night next door to Doc Holiday, or someone who seemed to be dying of tuberculosis. They spent most of the night coughing and wretching up a lung both nights we were there. When they finally stopped ... or died? you just heard doors slamming all night. The shower was also dripping the entire time. It did appear clean though, and as I said, no signs of bed bugs. Convenient location though and easy to walk to many restaurants and such.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We did not use most amenities (pool and gym for example) but saw them in passing and they looked great as well. My only note is that the doors are heavy and not very sound proof. (Loud slamming doors and a nearby ice machine could be clearly heard). While only a minor inconvenience, it is something that could disrupt light sleepers and those with small kiddos. Even with this in mind, proximity to Hersheypark, kindness of staff, and cleanliness and comfort of the room is worth they stay.

We stayed in a queen double room which is a little outdated. The temperature wouldn’t regulate and you were either too hot or too cold. The sheets were thin so you didn’t have and option for a comforter. The bathroom caulking and around the shower handle had a lot of mildew that was building up. The carpets in the elevator were dirty every time we went to use it. It definitely needs more attention to detail to be clean and comfortable.

An ok stay. The pros were the pool /hot tub and location. The cons were the building was in extreme need of repair and updates. There were minimal options for breakfast. The heater in the room sounded like a freight train. The tub didn't drain properly. Most of the room seemed like it hasn't changed since they opened the building. Overall it was ok. I probably wouldn't choose to stay there again unless I wanted the location.
