Rude and dirty
I booked a mobility room since my husband is handicapped but was given a standard room. I requested we be moved to a mobility room and was denied since they claimed their handicapped rooms were only on 1st floor and we had a service dog and they aren't allowed on 1st floor. My receipt showed that we booked mobility. The staff was so rude and the room was disgusting

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure and the breakfast was very tasty, though options were limited. The egg omelette s were delicious. Only real complaint is the strong smell of weed in the hallway. The room itself was very small, but not a big deal for just a 1 night stay. Had some nice amenities such as containers of shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the shower. Would stay here again.

Had to sit and wait forever to check in. I payed online for the room and then was made to give them more money when they got there instead of them holding the deposit when I got the room. It was dirty, people were arguing in the lobby alot. Breakfast was old nasty cold crap. Over all not the best place.

We stayed for one night after Thanksgiving dinner. Our room was small and basic, but clean and odorless (very important for me - I have multiple fragrance allergies as well as sensitivity to mold, smoke, dog odor, etc.), and it was a bargain price. Breakfast was simple motel food done well. Will definitely stay again if I need a safe, simple, inexpensive place to sleep in Holland.
