The homeless hanging out around outside with their dog, not really dog friendly. There was no area for the dog to go pee the hallway door. Anyone could get in the door had key access, but it must not have worked. the homeless hung out around it with their pitbull that they were talking about that fought with a Rottweiler and we were trying to take my dog out to go pee, worrying all night people sitting in the stairway smoke just wafting down the hall felt like a homeless halfway house and not a hotel where you wanted to take your family.
Itâs definitely not in a safe place. Every time I went in and out of this hotel there were unhoused people loitering by the entrance. I was booked on the second floor and the facility had no elevator so I had to carry a very large suitcase up two flights of stairs. The runs in the hallways were filthy and the whole hotel reeked like marijuana. My toilet ran all night and you could hear every person passing the hallway especially at night. The sheets had cigarette burn marks and bathroom had no soap to wash your hand. Just filthy all throughout. I had booked the weekend but left the following day as I did not feel safe there. Definitely not somewhere Iâd bring children
Manager was very disrespectful the Hispanic lady I do not believe that the price that is charging is worth staying especially the hundred dollar deposit is nothing but crackheads and drug dealers fights and police that come here speak as we speak. Theyâre still not at the hotel.
Cockroach in restroom, hair on pillow, missing aluminum floor seal at entrance door. This alone was the worst. You heard everything from aisle inside room. Only got couple hours of sleep because of this. No shampoo in shower.
It was an unstressful stay and the staff were awesome and didnt bug even once.I passed out every night with no worries.I felt like I was at home where I make the rules I could throw a party if I wanted to and I wouldnt be bothered I could invite the whole town and no complaint would be made
If youâre wanting nice, this is not the place. Itâs pretty much a party/drug hotel. Homeless people out by your cars at midnight. Tweekers running around everywhere.
On the plus side they do have smoking rooms lol.
Was not very clean. Power went out early in the morning couldn't shower before heading back home from taking the trip to Palmdale. Went to front desk to see what was going on with the power and she said "it has nothing to do with us we can't do anything" very rude and unprofessional
They make us feel at home here. The staff are wonderful.I wanna especially say thank you to laundry service
I just wanted to say thank you for making my family feel rite at home.i especially want to say thank you to housekeeping for all the hard work that you do.You are appreciated.I hope that we can come back.Thank you
Super noisy guests in hallway at all hours. Security did nothing., I had to shut it down myself. Super noisy from road noise without double pane windows.
I debated on doing this, it would have changed where I stayed. So I'm going to be honest for the next person. My key card didn't work, Maintenance had to let me in my room. When I went to get dinner, there where so many PD around I had to find another way out. They were there because of a shooting. Key card didn't work again, I called the office -she wanted me to go back to the office. I told her "No, I wasn't climbing the stairs 2 more times, you need to come to me". 15 min later she was there to unlock my door. Not happy, me and/or her. As I was laying in bed a cockroach was walking on the bedding. So unhappy was I that if I knew any of these things were possible I would have stayed elsewhere. I wil NOT be staying at this hotel ever again.
Rooms were clean enough but obvious evidence of previous stays. The lights had marker drawn. Tub and sink were stained with some red hair dye. Corners of room were still dirty. The toilet does not flush properly, has a push down button type. Floor was dirty turned my socks brown. Bed was clean though, pillows comfortable and mattress was comfortable. Some dogs barking , but relatively quiet for a hotel that allows dogs. The people were louder than them. People up late hours talking on the phone and smoking out of the second story window arguing on the phone. It was pretty quiet toward 11-12am and noise started back up around 8 am. A little pricey for the quality of room but a big step up from across the street. An okay affordable stay. I just wanted a little staycation without spending a lot of money. It was okay.
