Highly recommended

Hotel staff are amazing, right from the minute you step inside. The walk to the Old Town is only 5-7 mins, which is minor considering the hospitality and cleanliness of the hotel. During our stay we seen staff cleaning constantly. Free breakfast menu is also very good compared to other places we stayed in Vietnam. We had to check out very early on our last day to catch an early flight, and we were asked several times if they could pack a breakfast for us for the road, that’s how amazing the staff and service is. We would stay here again without a second thought.

this is by far one of the best hotels i have stayed so far, the hospitality is beyond compare, if ur lookin for a lavish star stay this is not your hotel but if u want to be welcomed by a group of smiling , warm and friendly staff this is exactly your kind of hotel, the staff amazing they go out of their way to make your stay comfortable, the breakfast was amazing with numerous items and choice, the location is awesome not too far from the crowd but quiet from all of it

Loads better than expected!

The service at the little hotel was exceptional, we were regularly met with cold towels and chilled water/ ice tea, allowed to check in early and had the local area explained to us alongside available tours and places of interest. Breakfast was also very good and the room was lovely. A little old fashioned but had everything you needed and was perfect for us. WiFi was perfect, mini bar was cheap, there was a fan and air con and the bed was really comfortable. It is a 5 minute walk into the old town which was ideal. Thank you for a great stay!

This family hotel is a 10 minutes walking distance from old town. Staff are friendly and attend to provide you a good stay. It’s proximity to main activiities is the main asset of this hotel. Breakfast are good and offer some variety. Room are clean.

There's a constant nasty smell throughout the place. Smells like rotten fruit and its very overpowering. Extremely noisy in the morning as well from 7am, with the Atrium amplifying all noise from the breakfast service.

Lovely hotel, great staff, not far from town centr

For the price, this hotel is very good indeed. Though it feels a little old and small, it is comfortable and quiet and I slept quite well. Breakfast is great - it's not a buffet so plan 20 to 30 minutes for it, but enjoy the food and coffee they give. Close enough to town to walk there for meals and visits several times a day. The best thing was the staff - very friendly and lots of smiles. Even though it was just me staying, I felt looked after and welcome.

Pro: close to old town good breakfast Cons: Pool in the center can be noisy and smoky if people smoke. Many cheaper options. refused to let me bring my local friend who had a valid ID to my room still using outdated hotel policies. Short in wiring caused a fuse to blow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Nhi Nhi in Hoi An. We found the place to be beautifully appointed and serviced. The staff were fabulous; such a delight and so keen to meet our needs. Really good customer service!! We had to check out early to join a tour. When we got back to pick up our bags, they were kind enough to open up a room for us to shower and change because we got drenched during the tour! They also arranged a cheap ride back to Danang!! Facilities are basic but for the price that we're paying for is generous! Free breakfast made to order too!

We stayed 3 nights and we found the staff were helpful and friendly. The street in front was quite busy and noisy but the hotel was set back from the street and our rooms were quiet. After some hot weather sightseeing we enjoyed jumping into the pool. The wifi was great.

Great price and location.

Room was very comfortable and price was right. Great walking to main areas and staff were friendly. Pool is deceiving so if you want a good pool then this hotel is not for you. How ever everything else was great. Hoi An is worth visiting its beautiful.

Not a 3-star hotel

Booked this hotel based on the high score of reviews left by other travelers. Disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It's not a 3-star hotel. It feels more like a motel or 1-star facility. The hotel is old and dated. The room smelled mildew; slippers provided were old and shabby looking as they were worn by previous guests; water from shower head sprayed outward and not centered resulting having too little water hitting your body unless you held the shower head close to you. Discrepancies from hotel description included: Breakfast was not buffet but ordered from menu; no free area shuttle. Make sure you have enough VND to check out. Hotel does not accept credit card for payment because they don't have credit card machines. Staff was friendly and helpful over all. Only one person spoke fluent English and other staff all relied on her. Misquoted the price for the private car to the airport. We were told that it costs 200k VND per vehicle but it was US$20 (457k VND) when we signed the receipt.
