In terms of cleanliness, amenities, interior, basically everything we expected far more for the amount of money we paid. We were quite disappointed. Breakfast was decent but the same day by day. However the food in the restaurant was good and the staff helpful and friendly.

Stayed here a couple of times. It’s an okay hotel, seems quite expensive for what it is. Decor is meant to be rustic but seems just unfinished. Gym for hotel guests is £20 and it’s a convoluted app and booking process. If you’re in the area and there’s not many options, this is okay, but wouldn’t rush back to it

Gorgeous stay near Enfield / M25. The Ridings are easy to locate and absolutely gorgeous rooms. The courtyard is lovely. Was quiet when we stayed. Manor is currently being renovated but it didn’t disturb us at all. Spacious, super comfortable rooms, carpet just needed a little refresh that’s all. Will absolutely stay here again!

Room was clean but starting to look a bit tired and could do with a bit of work in the bathroom. No air conditioning so the sleep was uncomfortable (there was a fan in the room, but it did not help massively). Hotel is on beautiful grounds in a very safe location.

A convenient place with friendly and welcoming staff. However provisions, carpets and other furnishing could do with refurbishment. Breakfast ran out of provisions and staff tried their best to accommodate everyone but we feel they were overwhelmed by number of guests.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the restaurant was excellent, with all the food freshly prepared in front of you and extremely friendly staff. Breakfast was a little disappointing and would benefit from starting earlier, but overall it’s a great hotel.
