Hotel is good. The girl at the front desk kept yelling at me that it was 2 separate reservations instead of 1. I asked if it was 2 rooms (which is what I needed) and she just yelled that it was 2 separate reservations. I said ok, is it one room each and she just yelled, 'it's 2 separate reservations' again. Finally her coworker said 'its 2 rooms' and we just needed my dad to check in under the 2nd reservation.

“Resort” is an exaggeration

Service- great guest service but they weren’t able to actually do anything about the concerns we have. Basic accommodations. Absolutely nothing special or noteworthy. It is not a resort. There is no maid service without additional fees. AC blows directly into the living area, keeps the bedroom incredibly warm. When talking to the lovely guest service and engineers they agreed it has always been a problem and it’s just how the place was built. There is a vent in the bedroom ceiling just nothing comes out of it. The do offer tiny fans…..

Hotel amenities but spacious apartment

A really spacious apartment with all the amenities of a hotel including a great pool. The staff are really helpful. A short distance from The Strip. Only downside is we were in a room next to the busy road which kept us awake at night. The free parking was a real bonus.

Took the family for a weekend get away. We've stayed here before. So it was no brainer to return as long as there is availability. The rooms are big and comfortable. Its like being at home. Theres a full kitchen area. Its very family friendly i can not wait to return the kids loved the pool.

Perfect spot off the Strip, great for families

We were in town to wee the Eagles at the Sphere and didn't want to stay on the Strip. This was a 3 story small hotel complex on the out skirts of the airport. I couls slightly hear the jets, but it never was a problem. The room (a 2 bedroom suite with kitchen & living room) was comfortable and nicelt appointed. We wished we could stay loner to enjoy the pool, patios and other amenities. We will definitely stay there again!

Good place, nice value

We booked the place last second on Hotel.com. We were very pleased with the accommodations, we were looking for less expensive places to stay. I felt the resort was a great deal. We wanted a place to hang out by the pool and lounge, not so much the usual Vegas hoopla. The room was big, like over 600 sq ft, had full kitchen, living room, and separated bedroom. Two small negatives, the shower/bathroom was small, and our shower handle was mostly stripped, so the only way to get it turned on was to push in on the handle really hard. Would definitely stay there again. Vegas has these resort fees that add significantly to your total bill, so be aware and get a final price beforehand. This resort was reasonable, compared to other places. The fee was like $50 added on for a four night stay, other places were like a couple hundred dollars.

Relaxed, quiet and great location

From check in to check out, Desert zrose was perfect for our 2 night stay. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly, the room, although ever so slightly dated, was fine for what we needed...and who goes to Vegas and spends all day in the room, anyway?! The room was quiet, even on the bottom level next to the pool entrance and I appreciated the touch of having a white noise machine. The suite was very spacious with a lounge/diner/kitchen area with amenities. Bed was very comfy and HUGE (for British standards), we had a great sleep on both nights. Pool was well maintained and plenty of loungers/beds. 10 minute walk to the strip and there's a chain diner 5 minutes walk away which was perfect for breakfast. If you want somewhere quiet off the strip but with a very short walking distance to the strip, this hotel is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stay Here- best kept secret!

This is the BEST place to stay in Vegas. The location is perfect, the suites are so comfortable and convenient for stocking groceries for snacks and breakfast. The pool and hot tub area is spotless and well appointed with loungers and umbrellas. The parking is free! We always stay here and the staff have always went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. We recommend it 100%

Vegas Showcase 2025

Staff was super friendly from check in to check out. We had a bit of a disruption our second night which is not staffs fault at all. This resort is in the perfect spot, we were im towm for a soccer showcase and we were close to freeways, restaurants and the strip. Room was clean, and comfy. Would def recommend and will def stay here in the future.
