Quick trip north
Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable, the water was hot. We were in a king room right by the elevator. The noise of the elevator was not noticeable, but the room was quite small -first world problems.... The only other thing that was a little challenging was parking, but this could probably be blamed on the snow and the way the lot was plowed. Such is life in northern Michigan. Overall we had a nice one night stay.

Clean, but tall beds
The room was clean and very nice. The only concern was the height of the beds. I had to give my 83 year old mom a boost to climb into bed.

Hotel overall was decent and clean which is the most important thing in my mind however the pool area was closed during our entire stay and the continental breakfast consisted of lukewarm coffee, cereal, and toast. For future reference for them I think more realistic and current details would have given us more of an accurate expectation.

Tear it down
Hands down the worst hotel I have stayed at in the area. Took me 20 minutes to check in because they didn't/won't come to the front desk, room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in, dirty, the "heating unit" worked on and off and the room was pretty cold all night (9 degrees that night). With all the tourists that come through TC you would expect better. This place should be torn down

Could of used a better dusting and cleaning around the beds. Sheets had holes. Bed was comfortable. Hot was was a pleasant supprise. Very clean pool area. Needed better staffing. All in all a pleasurable stay.
