When they realized the next day that we were unable to come back, Jennifer from the front desk issued me a complete refund. I was shocked and so appreciative of her going above and BEYOND. Dead bugs, hair, peeling paint. Not what you want for an overnight stay. I didn’t complain about it because it was one night. Upon checkout the attendant had an attitude. Didn’t even ask how my stay was, no thank you. Customer service goes a long way. It’s one step above a motel.
