Beware!
Communication was almost nonexistent.
We arrived to property very early only to discover there is no one on site. No front desk, no where to store luggage. No one answering the number provided. We arrived early after getting off a cruise and was stuck waiting for hours before we heard from anyone that our room was ready. We booked a 2 double bed only to discover the unit they gave us had only 1 bed and a futon. We probably could have dealt with the bed situation given we are a family of 4, however the unit they gave us smelled so bad of mold that we couldn’t even breathe. Stay away from unit 15! I’ve stayed in plenty of spaces near the water that smell musty or of mildew. This room was different. The smell of mold was so bad that my allergies flared up to the point I could not breathe. Mind you, I am not one who typically suffers from allergies. We ran into others who were staying on the property who warned us this room was so bad that they also had to request to switch rooms too. I believe the room they moved to (#21) was the room we originally booked and the one pictured on this site. This property gave our room to others who had complained of the same thing. After calling and leaving messages for the property to resolve this, we left to another hotel after not being able to get ahold of anyone there. I called Hotels directly and they also could not get ahold of anyone at this property. Needless to say, I should be getting a refund through Hotels directly.
