My Family Stays on a Budget

My family goes on mini vacations and we are always on a budget. We know the hotel was a 3 star hotel, but for us it was more like a 1.5 star. The photos look great online but the hotel doesn't look as nice. They only spent money on the entrance and the rest of the hotel was just ok. The biggest disappointment for us was the pool and a broken hot tub. The water was very scummy and made my kids itchy. The 2nd day of our stay someone had an accident in the pool and the staff didn't even close the pool or place a note to notify guests of an issue. We went down to use the pool later in the afternoon and we found the mess and we notified the front desk and their response was oh that happened earlier today. So swimmer was NOT SO GOOD. At check out I asked to talk with a manager and the staff told me there was not one on site, so they gave me a phone number to call. I called and it has been almost a week and noone has returned my call. Would not recommend this hotel even on a budget!

First, we were given the wrong room we waited in that room until the clerk came up and delivered a new card for the correct room.Then the pool and jacuzzi were closed when we went down to use it. I spoke to the front desk clerk to request a 2 hour late chechout so we could use the pool the next day, He said he needed to speak to the manager and would call me a back in a few minutes. I never received a call back. I missed my husband's birthday and valentine day due to a death in my family. My husband and I were separated for 2 weeks during this time.This was suppose to make up for that.I would like a refund or credit room upgrade. We were there for the hot tub and the pool. Our celebration was very much altered. Thank you, Mary Gunn

Not going back again

We had stained matresses, sheets and pillow cases. Hair and eyelash found on bed. Stains on walls and garnage outseide of garbage can. It takes a lot for me to be disappointed, but i was definitely disappointed in the hotel as a whole. I will never go back. I have photos but apparently it wont allow me to upload. When i told the front desk they were just going to change the bedding. Lol i asked them to move us finally! Gross

great stay! i’ll be back

trip with family for a navy bootcamp graduation. The hotel staff was extremely welcoming. The hotel was clean and housekeeping made sure we had clean towels and tissue every day even if we didn’t want our room cleaned. They are very accommodating for military families.
