Property was under construction, it was hard to get into. The electronic lock did not work and the lock box worked but not properly. The area was a little sketchy, I could smell weed first thing in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon.
But I would stay there again.
Floors were filthy; within minutes of our stay my toddlers feet were black! The mattress on our bed was thin and uncomfortable (felt all the springs. My toddler began coughing throughout the night and I woke up with a sore throat, turns out the a/c was filled with mold. Our host sent someone to clean it, but it was still present afterwards. I noticed the shower was filled with mold as well. The unit wasnât well taken care of and whoever they hire to clean doesnât do a good job.
The area was okay, the apprtment could of been cleaned better very poor standard had to buy cleaning item ans clean the floors,
There was alot of noise from above the bedroom in the solo apartment above, the pool was dirty around rhe sides it was very greasy
Everything was fine, but I wished the bed sheets and blankets were more cleaned. Just leaviing this comment because I know its not a big deal and it can be fixed for your future clients.
I have stayed with this company before in another area, they
always respond quickly. I just didn't like that some people started to smoke weed in the pool area I don't know if they were allowed but maybe that should be banned.
We had an issue with the oven not being usable and the property manager did not get it corrected during our stay. Stove top worked, but the oven was not available for our use.
Poor experience. Check in info wasnt provided 24 hrs, had to reach out for the info. All of the info had an address for the "Jasmine" the actual property was across the street. That was a surprise at 10 pm when we tried to get into our unit. When they finally figured out where we should be, staff member sent me property info showing we were staying at the "Victoria". I was very unhappy as at best its confusing and at worst intentionally deceptive. Spoke to manager Karen she said they use the same reservation system and both the properties are considered the "Jasmine." She didnt seem too concerned, didn't apologize and was not understanding that i was unhappy as everything they provided had a diff address and property name (how would we ever know we were dtsying across the street). Never even got into the other issues with Karen as it was clear she didnt care about our experience. Those issues are: floor was dirty and sandy upon check in, 2 of the 4 dining chairs were broken, little fabric square stools stained, remote for tv in living room missing, batteries dead for remote for bedroom tv, patio furniture removed from all units 2nd day of our stay, shower switches from burning hot to ice cold regardless of settings and sofa bed is not a traditional sofa bed but a weird sectional, trundle that is varying hardness that was extremely uncomfortable. It was disappointing and am surprised at all of the positive reviews. Only positive is the convenient location and parking.
They gave us an address on the reservation, the code did not work. When we reach them by phone it took over 20 minutes to be told that our appartment was across the street. At 10 pm after travelling all day, very upset, but the next day they apolagize.
