A nossa estada lá, foi boa, achamos o quarto bem organizado, mas o banheiro um pouco apertado, algumas coisas precisava ficar pedindo como papel higiênico, toalha, etc. Mas o quarto era bom na medida do possível, o café da manhã era razoável, poderia ser melhor, mas dentro do esperado.

Hotel que falta tudo

A estadia foi razoável devido a falta de um banheiro com um mínimo de espaço e segurança possível! Para tomar banho precisa passar por cima do vaso, não tem box, sem porta do banheiro. Molha tudo e fica escorregadio com perigo de quedas. O café é de péssima qualidade, faltando quase tudo e é servido em um lugar pequeno. No segundo dia tomei café fora do hotel. Como nos demais hotéis que tem bebedouro, o hotel Quintino, não tem. Não tem lugar para colocar roupas, mesinha com cadeira para as anotações do dia.

Péssima experiencia! Colocaria uma estrela por que pelo menos conseguimos dormir sobre um teto. Primeiro transtorno foi a divergência entre o aplicativo que oferece o serviço (hotel ponto com) segundo as informações do aplicativo eu poderia realizar o check-in até 00:30h, porém ligando na recepção para confirmar se estava tudo certo eles disseram que podia esperar até umas 15 no máximo!? Chegando para fazer o check-in no qual foi reservado antes e pago assim que foi feito a reserva não estava disponível o quarto para 4 pessoas (o qual foi reservado no aplicativo) fomos transferidos para dois quartos de casal para compensar a surpresa de quartos no qual não tínhamos reservado a primeira impressão foi o cheiro horrível de cigarro, mofo nas paredes, móveis depredados, cobertas iguais de mendigo, lençol e fronhas manchadas e fedidas e fora a sujeira do quarto, banheiro estava cheio de resíduos de creme e sabonetes a impressão que ficou é que pegaram esse quarto na surpresa e nem se propuseram a verificar se estava em ordem. Cafe da manhã terrível, pão duro e nem tive coragem de experimentar outras coisas só pela cara, internet péssima, mais caia do que funcionava. Enfim não espere muita coisa até pela região, mesmo o centro de SP está cada vez mais abandonado, acredito que esse hotel seja para combinar com a cidade!

Barato e Limpo, perto de tudo

Fiquei nesse hotel em Mar25 e gostei muito. Li vários comentários negativos em vários sites, mas confiei nas fotos. Fica literalmente a 2min andando da Praça da Sé (bairro aparentemente esta limpo e seguro por enquanto, sou mulher e ñ vi perigo de dia nem de noite). Me hospedei no segundo andar, para subir na recepção, precisa subir um lance de escadas, meu quarto ficou no segundo lance, era bem pequeno, somente uma cama de solteiro, uma tv (não a usei), um frigobar grande, um painel de controle, o quarto tinha uns 2m x 3m + 1m² da entrada + 2m² do banheiro. No banheiro tinha o basico, so achei apertado a area da pia, pois na hora de escovar os dentes, meus cotovelos batiam na parede e no box. O enxoval era novo, bem lavado, cobertor tipo pelúcia, cama nao muito macia nem muito dura, ar condicionado show. Tinha shampoo 2 em 1 e um sabonete fino e fedido rs poderiam trocar a marca. Minha janela ficava num fosso que acho que era a lavanderia, pois era barulho de máquina 24h, foi ruim para pegar no sono, mas quando eu apago, eu desmaio hahaha. Café da manhã fiquei decepcionada, tinha um refresco, café requentado (eu conheço o gosto), leite quente, água fervida, pão de forma, mussarela, presunto, melancia, acho que granola, manteiga no blister, geléia de morango no blister, geleia de amora no blister (ambas as marcas enojadamente doces, nao gostei), mas senti falta de uma chapa para fazer misto quente, tive que encarar misto frio. Os funcionarios sao simpaticos, hotel bem limpo
