Horrible customer service, no WiFi
I would advise strongly to not book this apartment. The customer service is next to nothing. The apartment is fine but they ask you biometrics and passport to register entry system.
During my whole stay there was no internet. I reported it 5 times and there was no resolution. They said it takes 24 hours for them to resolve issues. Considering I was staying 2 nights this was unacceptable. They didn’t offer any alternatives either.
Pretty basic amenities, 2 glasses, 2 cups and one nespresso capsule for each day. Felt like a prison.
Check out time is 11 which is less than hotels and check in time is 3 pm.
It’s much better to book a hotel instead where you can at least leave your luggage in case of early arrival or late flight.
Just a management company managing the property so I advise not to book it
