Hotel was new and in good condition. Design was nice. However the service was really poor and worse than a 2 star hotel.
Starting with check in, I arrived at 2, but was informed the room won’t be ready until 4pm (usual check in time is 3pm) without any valid reason.
My stay was a 3 night stay under 2 bookings, which I reminded the front desk 2 times upon checkin, but of course they were able to mess it up. So after my 2nd night of stay my key cards stopped working and I get locked out of the hotel room - 2 times, because I had to tell the front desk 2 times about the arrangement.
Valet parking. No clear instructions from the staff, one asks you to go to level 5 and then level 5 asks you to go down to level 4. Very misleading communication and not very eager staff to say the least.
Room service speed was slow. I asked for an ice bucket and it took them close to 50 mins and calling them 3 times. And the lady at the reception was so arrogant and was trying to blame the slow service on the room service team. Talk about team work.
I’ve been staying at many other Indigo hotels and I’ve never experienced such service. Knowing it’s not a 5 star so it’s not going to deliver service like a four seasons, but the level of service just makes it super inconvenient.
