We were upgraded to a very nice room with sea view. The staff are polite and friendly. They probably need more diverse dinning and bar or some music to make it more attractive to stay in the hotel and dine there rather than going out every night.

Fantastic Resort - Great for marine life
A fantastic place staffed by wonderful people. I highly recommend. Key reasons why to I love Windsong. Great snorkeling within 10 feet of hotel on the reef (hence the name). Super private and quite with five star rooms and staff. The downsides? I love this place.. but everyone has something to work on. My top 3 areas for improvement are 1) it is a little crowded at the beach and you must wake up at 7am to snag a chair and umbrella. 2) the restaurant is lacking in space and selection of food.. so think about walking 15 min either way to get lunch. If you eat breakfast at the hotel there are 2 locations, one by the pool and the other up on the berm overlooking the ocean. This later one is much much better. Try to get go there first. 3) Drink service on the beach takes forever. Think about 40 min between when you get thirsty, put up a flag and then get your drink. Things to know 1) If you haven't been to Turks and Caicos before its best to decide what you want to do. For me spending time in the water, snorkeling or on a hobie cat is key. Beautiful 5 night getaway
The Windsong is absolutely gorgeous. Spectacular beach, several pools. The food and service were outstanding. Just know that it’s a bit off the beaten path. We loved that it was in a quieter location and just took taxis to go shopping or eat off the hotel grounds.

The hotel had a clean environment, private eating seats options with oceanfront view, but the limited breakfast choices was a letdown especially the fact that eggs weren't included in the complimentary breakfast. Offering eggs is a common expectation for hotel breakfast, so having to pay extra for them feel unusual.

Family Vacay for new year’s eve. It was exactly what we needed, quite, relaxation and amazing beach. The only negative was the food quality and service was not outstanding. Staff was very nice and courteous at all times, but simple they need to improve that aspect a little bit more. Regarding food quality, we literally had to leave the premises every day to find something decent for lunch and dinner. Will I go back? For the price that I paid I most definitely not.
