I will never stay here again
The property wasn't clean, internet, TV, and AC all not working properly. The toilet take a longer time to refill after one flush. The toilet was not working properly, the room was not clean and no fresh towels or bed sheets provided. Extremely poor service. I will never stay there again. Look nice outside but the service is very bad.

I had a wonderful stay at Tropical Palace. It was easy to find and near plenty of restaurants and stores. I felt safe when walking and the staff was nice and helpful. Food and drinks were really good. Bed was comfortable and showers were spacious.

It was a party Saturday people knocking on my door, someone was trying to get in my room, I kept telling them wrong room as I held on to the knob, screaming you got the wrong room, mosquitoes in the room, toilet backed up. Spoke w/management as he tried to explain there was a party. 👀 front desk NOT helpful.

Amazing pool and staff!!!
Had a great stay here! Rooms were cozy but could hear neighbors who were a bit noisy. Pool was AMAZING! Staff was friendly, helpful, and nice to chat with. They have great rates on Golf Carts you can easily rent there too.

Lovely stay.
Great hotel for the price. Lovely pool area. Rooms very clean. Initial room given did not have balcony but asked to change and other was lovely and had outdoor seating. Location is in area with lots building currently but easy to walk or buggy to main area. Reception staff were very helpful and attentive.
