The room that we booked was not as advertised on the website, we chose a superior double as not too many stairs but the room we were given was another flight of stairs up. Had to phone the hotel number as no one available to talk to in person but in saying that was quickly resolved and a ground floor room was thankfully available.
I mentioned website as also advertised a lounge/bar for guests but this apparently had not been open since Covid! Suggested website requires updating.
Breakfast included was a continental only unless upgraded for £15pp for hot food. Continental was sufficient.
