For a new hotel, we were expecting more… We reserved a 1-King suite at a higher price, paid in the app, and were told, at check in, that the room was not available. (It was booked 15 minutes before our arrival.) When I expressed that we had already paid for the King suite, I was told the 2-Queen would not be more. No offer of refund. Water pressure in the shower was so poor, it couldn’t be used to wash hair. Hooks in the bathroom were screwed into sheetrock without anchors, so two of the were already pulled out of the wall and dangling. The water pressure in the kitchen area was good… so don’t understand why the shower was so poor.
