I stay at the resort overall was good. The room was clean. The amenities were nice pools and spas were clean. The only problem that we had is the hammer drill that woke us up at 8 AM on one of the mornings that we were staying. There was construction going on outside of our balcony. It would’ve been nice to have a heads up from the resort that we may. Experience of construction noise during our stay, but we got no warning, only woken up to the sound of a hammer drill that didn’t stop. I have a video it wouldn’t let me attach, but I can email it.

Beautiful condo however having mold around the bath in the second bathroom was not what we expect from this type of resort. Also having a pair of scissor and a good wine opener will be a minimum to ask for. However this is a spectacular place well located and the 2 bedroom apartment are beautiful and well decorated and with a lot of place in the wardrobe. We will go back next year.

It is an excellent hotel for a family vacation. We got lost during check-in, but after a few directions, we found the check-in building. The service was amazing and we will return with our family. We did not receive information about the beach chairs. We did not know if they were included or if we had to rent them. The comfort of the rooms allows you to prepare everything. It is recommended to go shopping and arrive with everything ready to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The restaurant at the pool also offers very good options if you want to treat yourself. The cold pineapple in the pineapple is something you must try.

We have stayed here before and have been happy overall. This year we were very disappointed. First of all check in. We asked the manager if they check all condos to make sure everything is clean/running well beforehand. She assured us they do. We enter 2 BR “luxury “unit & notice the condo is not very clean. The carpet was dirty, & needed to be replaced. Primary BR there was a dead roach on the carpet. The pictures/ lampshade were crooked. The closet was the size of a utility closet and was packed with vacuum/supplies. The primary-bathroom was the size of a half bath you open the door & hit the toilet. We went back to the check-in office to ask for another room. We showed photos of what we found and manager gave us keys to an identical condo. They also told us that the workout facilities are no longer available & we had to go to the towers to use. & we could not drive our car and park at the towers anymore and had to rely on the shuttle even though it was off-season. Went to other unit and was better but still runned down/things missing broken/not clean. They put us in a unit that backed up to service parking lot that was extremely noisy. I got a text asking how our unit was. We texted back Photos and our concerns and never heard anything back. Seems as though these units are getting runned down and the management doesn’t seem to care. We gave two stars for the staff because of the shuttle driver was great, but that’s it.
