Such a beautiful room. Not the best area but we had nothing but a great experience. I wasn’t prepared to enter my room and a staff member saw us struggling and let me in my room. Loved the place, loved NOLA, such a great experience.

Roami was a clean and well maintained place. Everything is digital. Check in and check out but the place was well stocked and room was kept well with climate controlled system. If I do go back this is where I will always stay.

It's not 100% the hotels fault but the room and stay was amazing, its just the people that linger outside especially at night in front of the hotel that make you feel unsafe. Probably should add more lights so people won't try to sleep in front.

Beware!! The room smelled awful. The smell of pot everywhere in the building. Was given 2 washcloths for 4 people for a 4 night stay and it was in the 90’s every day. Sometimes a two shower day. Shady people hanging out at the supposedly locked front door holding the door open for who knows. Never saw a staff of the hotel. The so called lobby has no manned individual.

Aliana the housekeeper was truly amazing, she went far and beyond her title. Truly enjoyed the room the amenities I felt safe and secure. The negative was the issues with the code entering the building and entering your room. It was a weight of 45 minutes as they had to change the code because it wasn’t working, but Customer Service did the best that they could do I would recommend

I rented an 2 bathroom apartment but it was 2 individual rooms & one room was not clean when arrived & staff said they couldn’t clean that night so I had to share a bed with my husband & best friend be we tracked 6hrs & had spent 1400 on this stay plus bugs were clawing in the room. The room was so cold & air would not adjust we felt closed in because we didn’t have any windows to see outside the only windows was in between buildings. I personally would not rent again
