Overall hotel location is great very close to restaurants and subway.
We showed up to the hotel around 6pm on checkin day and our bathroom wasnt cleaned well. It still had previous dirty towels and the garbage bin was full with previous guests stuff.. we mentionned to the staff and they acted immediately.
Super comfy beds but the bed sheets did not look like they were changed or clean. They looked washed our grey .. we tried not to focus on that and enjoyed our stay nontheless.

I was very unhappy … got to my room in the basement … My tv didn’t work … There was no phone in the room to call the front desk .. i had to cook the steps cuz the elevator didn’t work .. I told the front desk he said he was coming .. he never came .. so i had to stay the night without a tv .. also there was hair in my bed

Not a bad of a stay
Workers keep this place clean. Good customer service. No fridge or microwave in the room was my only complaint. Great breakfast selection. Young lady serving breakfast very kind and sweet.

Horrible at First
Horrible at first! There was an awful smell in the room. I found meat in the refrigerator that smelt like it was there for months. I had to keep the door open! My sister had to complain for me because I was too upset! Front desk finally changed my room. The room on the first floor is not great. Let them know that you want an upper floor when you're checking on. All in all it was an okay experience. I will not be back though.

I was very happy with our stay. Devon at the front desk made sure our stay was what we expected and more! He was very polite and patient and a true definition of amazing customer service! The room was nice and warm especially considering how cold it was outside. It was definitely a cozy and clean experience overall!

Disappointed
I had a room in the basement. Asked to be change room I was told it’s fully booked. I think migrants were staying at the hotel. I will never stay at any Wyndham properties again.

Luckily I just stayed one night, I got a room placed in the C floor which is a basement, loud hitter, nothing like what I booked on the app. The “coffee” maker had the tiniest cord so I wasn’t able to connect it to make myself a cup of coffee or tea, I had to hold the coffee maker in hand near the plug until coffee was made. Carper wasn’t clean

They charged me twice.
This place is horrible. The front desk charged me twice. After I already paid for on hotels.com. The man at the front desk tried to embarrass me saying my Amex card got declined even though it was the same card I used to pay when I got there. I had to call hotels.com to issue a refund. Luckily I was only there for a night.
