Absolutely loved it here. We had the best time. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. Good variety of food at buffet and restaurants. We had a beachfront room and it was gorgeous. Highly recommend this place.

The property was really beautiful and had a really nice sky bar to get drinks at in the evening. Also, I would really recommend making some fresh chilaquiles for breakfast and taking advantage of all of the toppings that they have available.

We like the pools and the restaurants. The air conditioning was not working the first day of our stay, we just went to the pool to cool off, the AC was fixed the next day. Overall our stay was great.

Loved the infinity pool right on the beach. Beautiful resort with great food. I loved that it wasn’t huge and everything you needed was right there!

I liked the beach view. The food could be better , it was cold being a buffet it should be kept warm . Other restaurant availability not possible to book reservations.

Beautiful property and staff was super!!! Especially Luis around the pool. He was fantastic! The air conditioning in the room could have been colder, only one elevator worked, and my husband got stuck on it once. Refrigerator in room quit working. Food was mediocre, a bit on the bland side the pools were fabulous and the Resort was very quiet and safe.

Good was mediocre. The buffet did not have that many options. They have individual chefs making omelets and pasta dishes for one person when they should be cooking for bulk. Long lines for these individual dishes.

The property is right on the beach and has a lovely view! However, the beach is not suitable for swimming. The pools are nice. However, the temperatures varied throughout our stay and the hot tub was not hot/warm. The room was clean and met overall expectations. The elevator was out of service so we had to take the stairs during the entirety of our stay (not a huge deal but something to note). The food was pretty average but there were a lot of options at the buffet. Overall we had a good time, staff was nice.
