Sep 2, 2026I wasn't expecting to have to give photographic evidence of my passport or driving licence being a UK resident to be able to complete the mandatory check-in. I didn't have either with me so had a bit of a panic. After the initial panic everything was easy enough. Room was clean and well maintained. The hotel was busy and a bit noisy, but that's not the fault of the hotel. There was some noise from the windows mainly traffic noise but was easily rectified with earplugs.

Jun 15, 2026Wouldn't suit everyone but exactly what we were looking for - simple and straight forward check in and check out via codes and key boxes. Excellent communication from the hotel prior, during and after the trip.
Clean room and tea and coffee provided.
For a quick stay, or somewhere convenient if in business, this hotel is idea.
Plenty of parking out the back in designated spaces by also a far bit of on road parking too.

Jun 12, 2026We enjoyed our stay, however the bed was only small my 6’1 husbands feet hung over the end, other than that it was comfortable. Its a good 15 minute walk into town for a restaurant but there are plenty of take aways about 150 yards away, and a pub about a 5 minute walk. Our room was at the back overlooking the river so it was lovely and quiet.

Apr 19, 2026Excellent modern, clean hotel. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Free parking. First time staying there so received code after 2pm, for check in after 3pm. The code accessed the building and our allocated room key. Kettle with coffee/tea in room. Electric shower. The room was spotless and spacious. Comfy beds. The only downside is approx 10 min walk to the town centre but pleasant nonetheless. Would recommend.

Apr 21, 2026Quite a strange place as no staff on site, was ok for what we needed but not much character. Loud neighbours in the corridors at 7am after a wedding wasn’t ideal. Showers are electric so pretty weak. Beds were v comfy though and had hairdryer and tea and cofffee station.
