The hotel is so beautiful and clean! The room looked brand new even though the building is extremely old. The staff though are next level. So kind and helpful! The only negatives would be the shower, that doesn’t keep water inside, and since there are not any restaurants nearby it would be nice if breakfast was included or there was a discount for the restaurant downstairs.

A really beautiful cottage pub with great features that set it apart from others. The room was lovely and airy, with fresh cold water available in the hallway. The bathroom was good too. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious; I would highly recommend it to anyone staying there.

Very welcoming staff. Makes a change to be taken to our room rather than just given the key and told where to go. It’s those little extra touches that go a long way to make a memorable stay. Room was very comfy and plenty of room for us even tho it was marketed as a ‘snug’ double. Nice amenities in the bathroom and some very fluffy towels. Plenty of great choices on the menu for dinner and well cooked and nicely presented. We both chose the full English breakfast and again very well cooked and presented. Only downside was breakfast was huge and I couldn’t finish it which was a shame as it was so tasty. All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was so nice and clean and well kept. Would definitely recommend The Neeld Arms and will be back at some time for another visit. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable.

Lovely location in a charming village, close to Castle Combe. We had a drink in the bar and dinner in the restaurant, both of which were great. The bed & pillows were excellent, and the host quickly supplied the top sheet we asked for. Fast wifi ticked the box. A little milk for tea or coffee would have been good, also the shower gel container was empty, but we would have no reservations in recommending the Neeld Arms for a stay!

Nice room,in a nice pub. 5pm check in seems a bit late compared to most places, Only stayed one night, unfortunately the shower door in our room was faulty, it fell off at one point, hard to understand how such a defect was not noticed prior to our stay. That said would stay there again. A nice village pub. Small car park, but street parking OK.

Beautiful, beautiful place! Like stepping back in time, yet all of the modern conveniences. Fantastic staff, especially Kate, who made a wonderful breakfast, and has a heart of gold. The head chef was rather rude and aggressive, but I overlooked that due to everyone else being just lovely. I can’t wait to visit again!
