I had to chase to get access to the building - woman on mobile remotely having conversations with other people. Had flagged my check in details had not come but told me it would come. Basically, they had overbooked the rooms but did not tell us and gave us a single room hoping we would not notice. We did.
When I asked for the room we had booked was told it was Expedia's fault, all the rooms are booked and basically spent 3 hours waiting an outcome.
Expedia rebooked us to another hotel which was equally awful.
