I was not given the door code and I was unable to get in contact with anyone to get into the room. I spent hours trying to contact someone and also searching for a new room. I ended up having to spend 4 times the amount, on a room for the night, because I was stuck and in an emergency situation. This is by far the worst travel experience of my life.
