This is a budget hotel, but for the price they were offering, I would rate it as a good deal. The room was OK. The bed is comfortable. I was also glad to find the refrigerator was a little larger than some hotels, which allowed me to refreeze my ice-packs. During my stay, the ice machine was not working.

We spent four night. The staff were very nice and welcoming. We were told there was no coffee making facilities but we used microwave to heat water. So take your own microwaveable cup. The room was well worn. No usb ports, no hangers. Bath mat was thread bare with holes The beds were comfortable but the pillows were way too soft. For me anyway. There are no restaurants nearby. But the Subway is good. Very basic

It had this bad smell and we think it was mold because it affected my throat like crazy and once we left I started feeling better and the nasty smell and throat hurting got better.. We also captured a German roach .. service and check in was very helpful and great!! Hopefully they will continue remolding and get rid of them roaches ! We put the dead roach on the cleaning rack..

The most positive thoughts was how clean room was . The front desk lady seemed great on phone with questions before check in but seemed kind of irritated after check in. And the gentleman working got upset and was storming around pissed off cause I reported light by bed wasn't working . He tried to explain that's why extra lamp was in there but I have a hearing deficit and didn't understand him . So he stormed off slamming doors and then stormed out of building. And no cable tv,breakfast I new by reading about express inn that it had no pool or hot tub that was fine but when tv was only enjoyment and it didn't work was kind of disappointing. AC was good. Over all I think staff could be a little more friendly and professional. I had thought about staying another night but with the way things were handled the first night I changed my mind.
