Poor

First off, we did not get the room we booked, the actual address listed on the booking was about 15min walk away from where we got a room, also check in is at a different location. It seems they have rooms spread out all over. The bed was broken so we were laying in a divot and everytime you moved you heard the springs pop sideways, very uncomfortable. Mold in the shower was caulked over. Check in closes at 9pm if you arrive any later they will charge you $80 and you have to call them on WhatsApp to check in. Also be aware if you store your luggage with them they close for lunch between 1-3pm. Room was overall clean and had ac.

Beware the annex

We were in an annex that was in an area with few bars and restaurants 3 metro stops from where we wanted to be and the location shown on the map shown on Hotels com. Check in was difficult. The deposit of €200 was taken directly from our bank account and has so far not been refunded. We did not damage the room.

Experiencia horrible y un engaño y una estafa.

No me asignaron este hotel sino il campaniles que está a más de media hora del centro. Clapa Group unos mafiosos. Después de haber pagado dejé el hotel después de la primera noche y tuve que buscar otro hotel. Además me hicieron un cargo de 200 euros de depósito que no tengo claro que me devuelvan. Cuidado con ese hotel y esa empresa
