チェックインアウトはメールでタブレットでと伝えられてたがタブレットがなかった。駐車場も2台とも違法駐車されていて写メを送ってくれと言われた。そして指示された駐車場に停めたがチェックアウト時に別の客にここは自分達の駐車場だとクレーム有り。経緯を説明して納得してもらった。
