Aug 29, 2025Saint John Hotel Madaba offers an engaging and authentic stay right in the city’s historic core. With warm, personalized service, clean and comfy rooms, and a terrace offering sweeping views, it's a great choice for travelers focused on convenience, culture, and local charm. Though small issues like temporary restaurant closures or occasional noise may arise, these are typically outweighed by the hotel's strong hospitality and unbeatable location.
Whether you're visiting Madaba for pilgrimage, history, or archaeology, Saint John makes a meaningful and comfortable home base.

May 2, 2025Get centralized location for Madaba.. Beds could have been more comfortable but it seems hard beds are the norm for this region on the World.. Breakfast was etible but not really good.. The location made up for that

Sep 27, 2025I absolutely loved my stay at St. John Hotel! From the moment I stepped inside, I felt like I was welcomed into a second home—the warmth of this family-owned and run establishment truly shines through. I was delighted by the unexpected upgrade to a room with a balcony. Your generosity extended beyond that; the complimentary pass to St. John Church and restaurant discounts around the city were thoughtful touches that enhanced my trip. The only small disappointment was that the rooftop restaurant was closed for renovations during my visit, preventing me from enjoying the renowned sunset view. I wasn't aware of the closure beforehand. Still, thank you so much for the amazing hospitality. I will definitely be back and wholeheartedly recommend your hotel to everyone I know.
