On 2nd day (12th july) of my stay, the reception staff was rude. I gone around 11pm to check for taxi and he said there in only one taxi is for entire hotel and I asked "how come this is a 3 star hotel with one taxi ?". And then it gone bad. On his look. I don't think he was suitable for desk job. I have been in many hotels including abroad and this was first time I have seen such an idiot on front desk. Its high time when hotel management should look into this.
