Fantastic reasonably priced hotel in the best area

This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. The rooms are simple but very nice and had all the amenities, the breakfast was excellent and even the restaurant food at night was very good. The price is amazing. It is just a couple blocks away from the very expensive Marriott JW hotel.Highly recommended.

Internal construction right above and next to room. Unbearable noise during the whole day and also during the morning on a Saturday (imagine standing next to a pressure hammer). This should have been disclosed earlier or ideally the affected rooms should not even be available. Other than that everything ok. Friendly staff.

Just bad luck I guess. The toilet broke as soon I get in, AC broke, light bulb burned and card key made the door lock get stock all the times. Staff were nice and try to fix issue right after but just everything happened on my stay.
