Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• You may be asked to pay the following charges at the property: Peru value-added tax (18%). Nonresident travelers who present a valid passport and tourist visa/immigration card may be exempt from value-added tax (18%).

Optional extras

• Buffet breakfast is offered for an extra charge of approximately PEN 79 for adults and PEN 39.50 for children
• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of PEN 25 per person
• Beach shuttle and shopping center shuttle service is offered for an extra charge
• Early check-in can be arranged for an extra charge (subject to availability)

Children & extra beds

• Rollaway beds are available for PEN 105.0 per night
• Children under 18 are generally not allowed to stay at properties in Peru without a parent, legal guardian or duly authorized responsible person. Accompanying adults may be asked for both their and the child's ID as well as any duly notarized supporting documentation. Visitors who plan to travel with children should consult with a Peruvian consulate office prior to travel for further guidance.

Pets

• Service animals exempt from fees
• Pets are allowed for an extra charge of PEN 50 per pet, per night

Parking

• Self parking costs PEN 20 per night with in/out privileges
• Valet parking costs PEN 30 per night

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Children under 18 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
