The room was great - huge comfy bed, clean & comfortable.
I wouldnt have hesistated to stay here agin if it werent for a horrible interaction with a staff member at breakfast.
Staff absolutely need some customer service training & the manager needs to support them with this.

Friendly staff very nice room huge super king size bed Very comfy the room has climate control so set it as you wish. Plenty of free parking. Bar stock was a bit low but it is October. Food is really good. The bed was so very comfy would certainly stay here again.

Brilliant place, second visit, only went 4/5 on area round property as it's tranquil (which some like) but about a 10 mins walk to centre / train station, which I don't mind hence staying again.

Spent a great 2 nights here. Had breakfast in the adjoining building which was great and one evening meal. Rooms and bathroom seemed well taken care of. No complaints at all.
