I made the reservation six months in advance, and after paying 90 euros just for transportation to get up there, the owner wasn’t answering the phone and the door was closed. With two kids, luggage, the hot summer weather, and this worst case scenario combined, it made us hate Lake Como itself. Absolute worst hotel do not ever go here.
