Hotel is very basic. There is no tea bags or artifical sweetner in the room, only a coffee machine. There is no ice machine in the hotel. Very basic lobby. Lobby needs dusting over the alarm bells. Was told I could not take any good or drinks from the dining facility serving breakfast up to the room, for my disabled sick partner who was in bed. Not a good experiencd.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.
However the pillows, bed linens and towels all need to be replaced.

Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. Some of our belongings were stolen — including my friend’s perfume and sunglasses, and a few of my makeup products. We’re really disappointed and shaken by this. It’s frustrating to have your personal items taken, especially when you’re just trying to enjoy your stay.

Everything was great except it smells strong of the exterminator but I suppose that's better than roaches.
I would definitely come back.
Best free breakfast I've had. Lots of choices.

It’s was an ok place to stay but on their site we was misled because we thought that we were closer to places than we were. It stated that the Barclay center was five minutes away driving and it was actually 25 minutes away. It was saying that we could walk to certain places within minutes on the website, but it wasn’t true. Also, breakfast was supposed to end at 9:30 but we got there at 9:15. Breakfast was over. They didn’t have eggs. They didn’t have certain stuff and when we asked, are they gonna make anymore they said no. The sink in the bathroom kept clogging up and the elevator took too long but besides that everything was cool. I would stay again

Great location for easy access to Brooklyn Cruise terminal. Walkable to many locations - breakfast was good but very different than other hotels. The rooms were nicely updated.

We are so grateful that they allowed us to check in early after coming from the west coast on a red eye. The place was clean and the staff was super friendly! The canteen was very nice with a a good amount of options. A complaint about the canteen is the coffee strength and flavour was very varied between each pot but the staff were so kind to early sleepy travellers. Roy was super friendly and was very accommodating to us as well! The one day we allowed the cleaners to come in, they did an excellent job cleaning and tidying. Wasn’t expecting them to fold our clothes, which we found odd. It was a nice gesture and I’m sure other guest found that delightful but personally found it an uncomfortable. Does not detract from the amazing experience there. Note the closest subway is about a 15 minute walk which is not bad but definitely thought it was closer when booking, but that’s our fault for being a bit unprepared. I suggest making sure you take court street going there instead of the park behind the hotel. The foot passenger bridge over to court although louder felt much more tourist friendly rather than going through the near by park. Overall excellent experience
