Room old, refrigerator not working properly. They didn’t replace towels or change sheets. They have not even replaced soap. So, summarizing, don’t get trapped by pictures, they don’t show the reality. I will not stay there again.

Even though I booked with breakfast on e.bookers.com I had to pay the daily fee in Brazilian currency. And had to pay also breakfast twice.i think the problem is between e.bookers.com and the Bristol upper hotel. The stuff of the hotel says that I can't have breakfast and the extra money I paid booking with e.bookers is the commission. So I think that this experience is very bad and I will not repeat it.

A pior experiencia que ja tive em um hotel

Estacionamento: No momento da reserva, o site indicava que o estacionamento estava incluído, junto com outros itens sem cobrança adicional. Isso deu a entender que o estacionamento era gratuito. No entanto, ao chegar no hotel, fui surpreendido com a cobrança, o que considero uma informação enganosa. Café da manhã: Essa foi, infelizmente, a pior experiência com café da manhã que já tive em um hotel. Fiz a reserva com base na informação de que o café seria servido às 6h, pois tinha um compromisso cedo. No entanto, ao chegar, fui informado de que o serviço começaria apenas às 6h30. Precisei mostrar que, no momento da reserva, constava claramente o horário das 6h. Mesmo após apresentar essa informação, a recepção apenas respondeu que "o café é terceirizado, não podemos fazer nada". Posteriormente, ofereceram um café da manhã "parcial", que, sinceramente, era tão insuficiente que teria sido melhor nem ter sido servido.

Primeira vez que fico hospedado no Bristol , olhei muitos comentários negativos sobre ele mas quando cheguei vi que não tinha o que reclamar. Quarto limpo , ar condicionado gelando e chuveiro funcionando normal. Única coisa que poderiam melhorar é o estacionamento que fica junto com o lixo. Mas tirando isso foi uma boa hospedagem.
