Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento de Bari fue muy mala y terminó obligándonos a cambiar de alojamiento. El principal problema fue el aire acondicionado, que estaba bloqueado mediante una contraseña, por lo que no podíamos utilizarlo normalmente. Sin embargo, lo peor fue la manera en que el administrador manejó la situación. Su trato nos pareció agresivo, poco empático y nada orientado a solucionar el problema. En lugar de ayudarnos, llegó incluso a insinuar que nosotros habíamos provocado la situación. Además encontramos una fuga de agua en la ducha, un edredón manchado y un refrigerador que no cerraba correctamente. Este último terminé solucionándolo yo mismo al descubrir que estaba mal alineado. Cuando uno paga por un alojamiento durante sus vacaciones espera descansar, no convertirse en técnico de mantenimiento ni tener que defenderse ante un administrador hostil por problemas que no causó. Presentamos el caso ante Hotels.com/Expedia, documentamos la situación y finalmente recibimos un reembolso completo y nos trasladamos a otro alojamiento. Entiendo perfectamente que cualquier propiedad puede presentar una avería. Lo que considero inaceptable es acumular varios problemas y que, cuando el huésped pide ayuda, reciba una actitud agresiva y carente de empatía en vez de una solución profesional. Por nuestra experiencia, definitivamente no recomiendo este alojamiento.

En fantastiskt trevlig värd tog emot oss och visade boendet. Ett rymligt rum med köksdel , vask, vattenkokare o micro. En liten balkong. Väldigt fräscht o fint. Vi hyrde en parkeringsplats i garaget mot en extra kostnad. Väldigt svårt att få parkeringsplats på gatan. Varma rekommendationer
