Really great location and the girls on reception are great. I had an issue with my keycard not working one day and they went above and beyond to help me. Would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay.

8/10 – Très bien

Room was perfectly clean and nice. Everything from the lights to the curtains was automated and could be controlled from the bed. The hotel is 15-20 minutes walk from a nice central area, and is walking distance from the monstery and a few markets and malls. The kitchen area for the breakfast was not as clean as the bedroom, tables and floors were sticky but for the price it was great value.

Doesn't look much from the outside but this was the best hotel we stayed in, in China. The staff were absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They even suggested local places, restaurants and events to go to. There was free tea, and coffee vouchers,. The room had a heated toilet seat and even your own tea room! The toiletries were luxurious and infinite. The breakfast was pretty basic and not very warm, but that was just a minor point. The beds were clean and very comfortable.

Great option close to Tianfu Square and People’s park but at the same time very quiet. All kind of shops and restaurants are available in a walking distance. This hotel is quite new and the service is amazing. Staff is very friendly, breakfast included is enough to start the day, at this price I certainly recommend to stay at CYBO hotel with no hesitation

Very good surprise. Renovated in November 2025 the hotel is well located, quiet and super comfortable. The room was well equipped with a separate tea room. I loved it. Breakfast was nice and the staff very helpful too. I can only recommend to stay at CYBO

8/10 – Très bien

Room was very comfy and modern and amenities and breakfast was great. However, some things like the toilet and sink drain clogged, so it may need some slight maintenance. However everything is very new and I was assigned to a different room promptly. Everything was pretty good in general! Staff were very friendly.

This is a pretty new hotel. It is very clean and modern. The staff is also very helpful. When we checked in, the front desk told us free breakfast was not included in our reservation. However, I purposely searched hotel providing free breakfast when I made my reservation. Not sure what happened but the hotel was nice enough to provide breakfast for us. One small thing the hotel can improve is to install window screens on the windows alongside the stairs. Otherwise, bugs and mosquitoes can get in. Same improvement can be made for the top floor where the gym and the laundry room are located.
