The staff were fantastic and so helpful with me, as I needed to arrange delivery of some parcels to friends in other parts of China. 100% recommend this hotel.

May 17, 2026Second stay at this property within 2 weeks. Fantastic location in Jing’An. Can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Shanghai. Both visits, the lovely staff have organised an early check in, and have been so helpful. The location is great for public transport, or for walking to local restaurants and bars. Also the Jade Buddah temple is only a 3/4 minute walk from the hotel. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!
