Great place to be for Oia.
We really enjoyed the unique “cave” experience of staying at this hotel. We were there for three nights. The location was perfect as middle of Oia and easy access to the main walkway. A couple of things you should know. 1) there are quite a few steps down from the main path to the hotel so coming back up required a reasonable climb (A few flights of stairs). It wasn’t excessive and likely very normal for hilly Santorini but just be aware before booking. (This is not meant as a negative comment). 2) There are no windows (except on the door). You get a great view of the water from outside on the landing. From the bedrooms there is minimal natural light. Overall I was very happy with our stay at Caldera Premium Villa.

Beautiful views and great location
The hotel is great and beautiful with tons of view. To stay there one must be steady on their feet as it requires several uneven steps to the top with no rail. We enjoyed our time at Caldera premium suites. The air conditioning wasnt working the the best when we were there in October.

The space was beautiful and the view amazing. Right in the heart of Oia. Room was perfect for the traditional experience. However, Lots of stairs (like most accommodation on the Island) so considered this when booking. Have good walking shoes. You do a lot of walking which was fine for us but the path to the villa was steep and its easy to slip. If you are looking for privacy and quiet think about the fact that adults can party as well. One two nights (the sane people) We had to ask these quests to be quite as they were lound well past 12:00 am. The staff were good and the room clean. We had a lovely stay. A magical stay.

Too many steps to go down and up and it wasn’t safe very slippery not enough lights at lights as well and the bed you have to climb stairs to get to your bed and the air conditioning only in your bedroom and too noisy . The breakfast and staff were amazing though

From arriving all the way to leaving the property was a smooth transition. The staff were so nice, friendly and professional. The porters who carried out luggage and other guests luggage were amazing. I still amazed they do their job so effortlessly and efficiently with over 100 steps is stairs. The room was clean and fresh every day while our stay. We had the honeymoon suite and it was perfect for our anniversary. The room was tucked away from everyone else and our balcony was amazing. It felt very private which was exactly what we were expecting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend Caldera Premium Villas to my friends and family.
