Jun 18, 2026Cinnamon Shore is a beautiful property with wonderful amenities and a family-friendly atmosphere. The beach access, pools, and overall community are what keep us coming back.
Unfortunately, our most recent stay included several service and maintenance issues that impacted the experience. While the staff was courteous, response times were challenging when problems arose. The most significant issue occurred on our final night when multiple fire alarms sounded in our unit for an extended period of time while we were traveling with an infant and toddler. Because maintenance was not immediately available on-site, it took quite some time to resolve the situation.
I truly believe our experience would have been very different had maintenance personnel been available on the property to respond more quickly to urgent issues. For a resort of this size and caliber, having faster on-site maintenance support would greatly improve the guest experience and help prevent minor issues from becoming major disruptions.
Cinnamon Shore has so much potential to provide an exceptional vacation experience, and I hope management continues investing in the operational side of the resort to match the beauty of the property itself.
