The resort was just as described online. All of the rooms are not online yet but they are doing well considering everything is not completely open. Some of the staff were amazing to include Juan, angel, junior, Tomas, Marisol, the and several of the young men that worked on the sports bar. Other staff were very rude but we did not allow them to ruin the experience. The buffet was good surprisingly and the Italian restaurant . The steakhouse was horrible. Overall I'd give it a three and a half out of five stars.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a frustrating experience. The biggest day-to-day issue was the room—no matter what, the floor always felt wet, which made the space uncomfortable and constantly in need of attention. On top of that, there was never reliable hot water in the room. I contacted the front desk multiple times hoping it would be fixed, but the problem persisted and nothing improved. Dining was somewhat better in comparison. The buffet was okay and at least offered decent options, but the restaurant experience for dinner reservations was disappointing. If you book dinner, the table service effectively starts about two hours later than expected—so your “reservation” doesn’t feel like it actually guarantees a timely meal. Communication and entertainment were also major challenges. Most staff only speak Spanish, which made simple requests harder and slowed down help when issues came up. In addition, all entertainment appeared to be in Spanish, which limited the enjoyment for guests who aren’t fluent. I also tried to escalate the concerns through guest services. They took my phone number to follow up, but I was never contacted or given any resolution. After that, it became clear that complaints weren’t being handled seriously. There was one bright spot: the sport bar staff were friendly and genuinely provided great service. Tudo estava muito novo e bem cuidado, piscinas muito boas, sem fila, comida excelente e opções de jantar para todos os gostos. Os funcionários sempre prestativos e alegres. Único ponto foi o Wi-Fi que não funcionava bem, mas nada que atrapalhasse nossa experiência

Las instalaciones son tan nuevas que algunas ni siquiera han empezado a funcionar por completo, pero todo está muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones. La playa estuvo sucia toda la semana por culpa del sargazo, no tuve opción de meterme a nadar nunca. La piscina, los toboganes y los bares están bien, el personal te sirve las bebidas que necesitas, aunque claro, todo funciona mejor con propinas. Lo único que pudiera pedir que mejoraran es que los alimentos de los restaurantes tenga más sabor, porque aunque se esfuerzan por ofrecerte varias opciones: brasileño, carnes, italiano, japonés, mexicano; en realidad todo se siente muy artificial, desde la decoración, hasta la comida y los meseros, aunque debo decir que algunos son muy amables. En general el personal es un poco displicente y con poca atención y actitud de servicio.

Foi um achado... por ser recém inaugurado nao é conhecido, porém tudo novinho, sem cheiro de mofo, sem itens danificados. Parque aquático fez a alegria das criancas.

Gostamos muito do resort recém inaugurado! Precisa melhorar um pouco o atendimento no geral, especialmente no Sports Bar (demorado e desorganizado), mas a estadia foi excelente! Conseguiram construir uma estrutura completíssima e aconchegante em um espaço mais compacto que outros resorts da região! Têm piscinas e parques aquáticos ótimos para crianças (o rio lento é fantástico), além de quadra de basquete e uma área kids bem divertida e maravilhosa! Têm ainda teatro para shows e espaço aberto para eventos e músicas (sem impactar os quartos)! Tudo muito acessível e próximo! Os restaurantes, o buffet e o quarto também eram excelentes! Recomendo muito e pretendemos voltar um dia!
